I have worked in a bike shop for many years, so I know my way around a bike, and if you want this bike to work like a bike should, you need someone who knows what they're doing to tune/build it. (If you're wondering why I didn't get a bike at my old shop, it's because I moved across the country--don't work in a shop anymore).
